Dear Cherished Friends and Valued Patients,

After dedicating many years to the practice of dentistry, I have come to the decision to embark on a new chapter and retire. Serving you and your families has been an immense privilege and joy throughout these years. I have always endeavored to uphold the trust and respect you have graciously bestowed upon me. I have searched for a colleague that I felt shared the same dedication to care for my patients as I have.

I am pleased to introduce Dr. Chase Cappellucci to you.

Beginning April 2024, Dr. Cappellucci will be available for your scheduled appointments and emergency care. I want to assure you that Cindy and Anna are still here, so you will see the same faces that you are accustomed to. I urge all of you to come in to meet Dr. Cappellucci and allow him to continue the high quality of care that we have always tried to give you. Thank you for your years of dedication to our practice.

It is with great enthusiasm that I join this esteemed practice, eager to serve you and your loved ones with dedication and compassion. My academic journey began at Brigham Young University for my undergraduate studies, followed by Roseman University for dental school. These experiences have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exemplary dental services.

While my roots were firmly planted in Utah, my life took an exciting turn when I met my wife, Riley. Her passion for southern living inspired us to relocate to the East Coast several years ago. Now, we have found a home in the Little Mountain-Chapin area filled with warmth and community. Under my care, you can expect nothing short of excellence. I am deeply committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous education and research. Your oral health and well- being are my utmost priorities.

Beyond the dental chair, I cherish moments spent with my family. As a father of two, I find joy in exploring the wonders of the Columbia Zoo, immersing in all forms of outdoor activities, and embracing the serenity of lake life.

I am thrilled to embark on this journey with you, and I look forward to building lasting relationships while ensuring your smiles shine brightly. Together, let's achieve optimal oral health and create beautiful, healthy smiles.
